The QuickBooks Merchant Services Web site is optimized for Internet Explorer 5.0 and higher on the Microsoft Windows operating system. The site also works well on Internet Explorer 5.0 and higher as well as Safari 1.0 on MacOS, although some formatting may not appear correctly. You may experience problems with this site if you use Netscape.

Downloading PDFs

There are two ways to download and view PDF documents on your computer: 1) through the Adobe Acrobat plugin on your browser, or 2) by downloading the file to your hard drive and using the Adobe Acrobat Viewer. Both the viewer and the plugin can be downloaded here.

To view a PDF document in your browser, simply click on the link to the PDF document. If the plugin is correctly installed, the PDF document will appear in your browser.

If you are having problems viewing PDFs in your browser, or if you would prefer to keep a copy of the PDF, you can download and save a PDF document by right clicking on the link to the document. From the pop-up menu in Internet Explorer, select "Save Target As..." and save the document to your hard drive. MacOS users can do the same by simply clicking and holding down the mouse button until a pop-up menu appears, then selecting "Download Link to Disk."

Note: if you are having trouble viewing PDF documents in your browser, try re-installing the plugin. If you have more than one browser program on your computer, be sure to select the correct one when installing the plugin.

Viewing Flash Demos

In order to view the demos on this site, you will need to have the Macromedia Flash plugin installed in your browser. Visit the Macromedia site to download and install the plugin.
