1. "Card-Swiped Rate" of 1.64% will be charged on qualified swiped Visa/MC/Discover Network transactions that are electronically authorized. "Key-Entered Rate" of 2.44% will be charged on all qualified manually keyed Visa/MC/Discover Network transactions that have AVS. All Visa/MC/Discover Network transactions that do not meet the requirements stated above, business cards, foreign cards and transactions that do not meet Visa/MC/Discover Network requirements for the best interchange program will be charged a "Non-Qualified Rate" of 3.54%. A Per-Authorization fee of $0.30 will be charged for non-qualified transactions. Different discount rates for American Express and JCB may apply.

3. Funds generally are deposited into your account within 2-3 business days depending on your financial institution and your Demand Deposit Account. Clearance time for funds may vary depending on your Demand Deposit Account.
